Privacy notice
Demo Pizza (“we”) is responsible for the personal information you give us when you order online. This notice explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Your name, phone number and email address, what you order and any notes you add (for example allergy information), and payment confirmation from our card processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Why
To prepare your order, contact you about it, keep records we're required to keep for tax, and — only if you opt in — to send you offers. You can opt out of offers at any time. If we run a loyalty scheme, your orders collect points under your email or phone number so we can send you rewards; ask us and we'll stop.
Who else handles it
Our online ordering and payments are provided by service providers who process your information only on our behalf and under contract, including our card processor (Stripe).
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Your contact details are removed after three years without an order.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact hello@demo-pizza.test or 01234 567890. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
